What if my order is damaged during shipping?

If you receive a package that is obviously damaged point this out to the delivery person before you sign to accept receipt of the package. If the package is damaged to allow the delivery company to witness you opening it to check the contents, and refuse to sign for any package that has damaged, or missing contents. Let the delivery company return the package and immediately contact us through our contact page to alert Ostanding to the problem.

Can I ship the order somewhere other than my home?

You will have the opportunity during your purchase to tell Ostanding where you want the order to be shipped. You do not have to ship the order to your billing address. The shades can be shipped to another location, a business address, or a residential address, but cannot be shipped to a post office box.

Can I pick the order up myself?

At this time, it is not possible for you to go to an Ostanding store and pick up your own order. All details concerning the orders are handled online, and all orders are shipped from the manufacturing warehouse to their final destination.

Can I request alternative shipping companies?

Ostanding does not provide you with the ability to select which company will be used to ship your order to you.

Will my entire order ship at one time?

When you place an order for several different items from Ostanding, you can expect all of the orders to be shipped at one time. When all of the pieces you have ordered are complete then the order will be shipped from the warehouse to the address you provided.

Does Ostanding deliver worldwide?

Ostanding delivers only to the forty states within the United States at this time.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

You can go to the Ostanding site and check the status of your order, and the expected shipping time at any time. You will need to log in to your account in order to view this information. The tracking information for the shipment will be included in the status information of the order. For any other questions or concerns, you can contact us through the contact information under the heading of “contact us” located at the bottom of the pages on the web site.

How long does it take to receive an order?

If you select stock images that are on the Ostanding web site you should receive your order within 3 to 7 days. Custom orders made with images you provide may take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive at your home.

Can I have overnight shipping?

Overnight shipping is impossible because each of the shades that Ostanding makes is a custom made item. Even if you select an image that is already in stock on the Ostanding web site your shades will need to be created in the dimensions you provide.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

When you have reached the final stages of placing your order, you will be told how much the shipping costs will be. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the shades, the number of shades ordered, and where the order is being shipped to.
